Booking Conditions

Please Read Carefully... Be aware that on the first session of the course or workshop your instructor will present you with a " Release of Liability" waiver form. To participate in one of our courses you are required by Rocky Mountain Adventure Medicine Incorporated to carefully read and then sign this waiver. If you anticipate any reservations about signing this form please download a copy and seek legal counsel before starting your course.

Rocky Mountain Adventure Medicine Incorporated reserves the right to cancel a course with full refund to the registered participant if the number of course participants does not reach our minimum class size. We will attempt to advise all registrants if the course numbers are in doubt two weeks in advance of course commencement.

Payment and Refund Policies

To Register: Please send in the Registration Form with your deposit by mail.

Deposits: We require a deposit in the amount of 50% of the course fee at the time of your registration.

Balance of Payment: The balance of your course fee is due on the first day of the course.

Payment types accepted: cheque or money orders by mail only. Cash is accepted on the first day of the program to pay the balance of the program fee.

Refunds:
> Over 30 days prior to course start date... full refund of your deposit.
> 15 - 30 days prior to course start date... 50% refund of your deposit.
> 15 days or less prior to start date... forfeiture of all funds paid to RMAM.

PLEASE NOTE: Certification will not be awarded until account is paid in full. By signing you are certifying that you have read and understand the above conditions.
