Personal Rope Rescue
Personal Rope Rescue is an intensive program designed to give climbers, rescuers or firefighters an understanding of personal rope skills, enabling them to become self sufficient in the high angle environment should the need arise. The course covers basic systems that will allow self rescue and, potentially, the rescue of a partner.

• Descending a rope
• Anchor systems
• Belay options

• Pick off techniques

Team Concepts of Rope Rescue

Team Concepts of Rope Rescue begins at the basics of rope handling, and then evolves into the exploration of various rescue systems. This is a suitable programme for rescue teams and fire departments, or for those who deal with fall protection and recovery systems.
The course is customized to meet the specific needs of different teams, topographical considerations, or work site locations and requirements.
Perfect for rescuers, firefighters, and climbers of all skill levels, Rocky Mountain Adventure Medicine's rope courses help instill confidence and self-sufficiency in high angle situations. These courses will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to reduce the risk to yourself and those around you in the high angle environment.
This is an intensive programme that can be taught over 5 consecutive days or split into 2 weekends. Be prepared for long days and intensive learning!
