Wilderness Medical Training

Wilderness first aid with RMAMWilderness First Aid training is a must for all outdoor adventurers, from the novice to the expert. Be sure that there is always someone in your group prepared to address emergency medical situations, particularly in an environment where professional medical care can often be hours, if not days, away.

All of our wilderness first aid courses include:

* A programme workbook,
* CPR guide,
* Use of a wide range of first aid materials,
* First aid certification approved by Occupational Health and Safety and,
* A CPR qualification.

Remote Responder®

This course encompasses the basic first aid principles and techniques needed to respond to most back-country or wilderness emergencies. 24 hours.

Adventure Medic®

wilderness first aid courses with RMAM Based on Wilderness Medical Association guidelines, this is a basic level course for the individual who leads a group on day trips, or for anyone planning on being on short wilderness excursions. 40 hours.

Advanced Adventure Medic®

This is the course for all outdoor leaders and guides. ACMG approved, the Advanced Adventure Medic® course covers virtually all aspects of adventure medicine. 80 hours.

 

Customized Programming

All of our First Aid Programmes can be custom designed to cater to your group or company's specific requirements. Reduced rates are available for groups of more than 10 registrants.
